Welcome to Pink Saturday!
Today I’m going for something a little different for the Pink. This is not something Ive created, recreated or own, but it is something that caught my eye online while browsing through Photobucket.

Yes, they are real, Some people do have them …….

Take a close look at this next photo, what else do you see? ….

Not that I would go off & colour my pooch pink, but this one (below) is my favourite – so cute ….

And for the finale – I couldn’t resist including this next pic. The look on the pooch’s face says it all, lol …..

……. !!!
But don’t go just yet ….
Beverly has issued us all a challenge for Pink Saturday — to visit someone new amongst the particpants and then introduce them to your readers. So my blog for the week is —
Patricia has been participating for a while but I’ve only just discovered her blog recently. Patricia is a mixed media artist and writer of stories, and poetry. She enjoys altered books, artist trading cards, collage on canvas. making dolls, sketching and reading. I found this Pink Solves Everything button on her blog which I thought was rather cute … it also got me searching through lots of pink images on Photobucket which lead to my Pink Poodle post today. Thank you Patricia.
Do drop by her blog and say ‘Hi’
I hope you’ve enjoyed this week’s Pink Saturday and the interesting posh, pink poodles – I’ve been enjoying all your Pink Saturday posts. Let me know that you’ve dropped by and I’ll return the visit.
~~~
There are many wonderful entries for Pink Saturday which is hosted by Beverly at How Sweet The Sound. Take time to visit participants’ blogs and see how Pink everyone’s Saturdays can be.
Fabulous pink pooches Elena! One cuter than the next, I have ‘never’ seen one in person, that would stop me in my tracks I’m sure!
Your choice of the lovely and talented Patricia is perfect. She is the one that first inspired me to join in Beverly’s Pink Saturday
~*Happy Pink Saturday*~
Patricia has a lovely blog…. nice to discover new blog friends
Hello, Elena,
Now I think I may have seen it all!!! I guess these dog owners could really say that their dogs are in the pink! Cute post today. Thanks for sharing. Have a terrific weekend. Vicki
Hi Elena! Amazing what pet owners do, isn’t it? I can’t believe the dogs like it one bit! Happy Pink Saturday!
Happy Pink Saturday! I got a kick out of the poodles, and it reminded me of my favorite stuffed toy when I was little: “Fifi La Pooh”. The last picture does say it all! (p.s. I couldn’t find the comment button, didn’t know chit chat was the same thing. glad I experimented and clicked on it!)
Definitely a bizarre fashion statement, imo. IF it doesn’t hurt them (& isn’t used to sell pups like Easter chicks/bunnies) I guess there’s no harm.
I think I’ll keep my white dog white.
Pleasant day,
~Julia
Hi mixiepixie, welcome
I’m glad you found the comment button and joined in the ‘chitchat’
Julia – I’d rather keep my pooch in his orginal colour too – even though he’s an old boy now …. but I guess we humans give ourselves some fancy colours & hairdos sometimes …. can’t see see myself with pink hair though, lol.
Oh My! I don’t know if I’d ever color my dog, but it sure is fun!
I’ve enjoyed visiting your blog today . . . thanks for sharing and Happy Pink Saturday!
Blessings,
Teresa
I love the pinks you found to share with us today. I hope you are “in the pink” and having a wonderful day.
Those pictures are just hilarious! Usually I think pink is the perfect color for just about anything, but here I have to say that natural is WAY better!
Happy late Pink Saturday…
and have a fabulous Sunday!
All I can do when I look at those pics i have a giggle …..
wouldn’t it will be good if the owners don’t put colors on their poodles? what if it will harshly harm their pet? I’m just wondering if hair coloring has a bad effect on dogs such as poodles.
Hi Best Baby Steriler – welcome!
I don’t know what they use to colour the dogs and whether it’s a permanent colour or rinse. I would hope it wouldn’t harm them.
Very funny pictures! Thank you for putting them together!
Poor dogs! Imagine what they would do to us if they could turn the tables!
Those poor dogs. I’m with Anne – I hate to think what they’d do to us if the tables were turned.
… makes you wonder!!
Why would someone dye a poodle pink? Isn’t that like animal abuse or something? Makes you wonder how much these people really care about their pets!
