Welcome to Pink Saturday!
Pretty trims and fanciful whimsies soften your surrounds and add a delightful little spark to any spot needing brightening up. Tassels are purely decorative and are something I enjoy creating. This tassel (below) is a soft body tassel made with hand dyed fringing, long beaded fringing and a velvet flower trim.
Tassels are quite simple to make. these four tassels were made to complement a table topper. They’re not only decorative but act a a weight for each corner of the tablecloth.
A gorgeous shimmering sheer needed equally impressive tassels to match. They’re hand dyed and are larger than most tassels for tablecloths but they are removeable and can be used elsewhere.
I love beaded fringing – it sets the creative mind buzzing. Not much needed here to create this tassel.
…. can’t stop with tassels – just had to trim this compote, after painting it, with the gorgeous beaded fringing to turn it into a recreated treasure.

…. a tiny, cute tassel adds more prettiness to the fluffy organza gift bag.
I hope you’ve enjoyed this week’s Pink Saturday – I’ve been enjoying all your Pink Satuday posts. Let me know that you’ve dropped by and I’ll return the visit.

Welcome Julia!
Hi Rini
Happy Pink Saturday, Elena. Thank you for letting me know about my miss. I have corrected the problem, and I apologize.
These tassels are gorgeous. Do you make them to sell?
Thank you Beverly – I wasn’t sure if I was meant to confirm again.
Yes I have made them to sell but not for a while now. Lately I’ve been making them to give as gifts. But may consider adding them to my range again soon
WOW Elena, you’ve taken tassel making to new heights, very lovely pink post! I took a tassel class many years ago, but never made anything as lovely as these! The beaded fringe on the compote dish is superb! If it holds still decorate it. BTW, my Pink Sat Orchid post is up now….had I thought it out I could have used the Peaches! ~*Happy Pink Saturday*~
“If it holds still decorate it” …lol, yes I agree.
I’ll be popping back to check out your pink saturday soon

Hi, Elena,
I can hardly believe it, as much as I love pink and fru fru things. I am going to have to change that and get some tassels! Your little poofie bag is so sweet, too. I loved visiting you today. Thank you for paying me a visit at Bunny Cottage. Have a blessed weekend. Vicki
Your tassels are so pretty! I would have a hard time picking my favorite. I don’t have one tassel in my house
What a sweet Pink Saturday blog post! Sadly, every Saturday for the past few weeks it has been raining in northern Michigan. So, this day always brings a little sunshine my way. Thanks so much for the treat!
